Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel's room was on the smaller side but adequate for our needs, unfortunately lacking natural light as it faced the fire escape. The aerobic machines in the fitness center were dated, and overall cleanliness could be improved. The service was a mix, with some staff members being friendly and helpful while others seemed slightly irritated, particularly during car retrieval. A solid location near great dining options and downtown attractions, though a bit out of the main hustle and bustle, missing some modern amenities at a slightly higher price point.
The hotel offers small but welcoming and clean rooms, attractively decorated with a great bed and pillows. The service is terrific, with staff going out of their way to ensure a successful event. The location is great, near many cafes and restaurants. The dining options could be more substantial in the hotel.
The hotel offers nice, clean, and comfortable rooms, but the hallways could use some freshening up. The location is excellent, providing a pleasant respite from city happenings but the rooms can be dark at night. The service is very attentive and accommodating, although early checkout inquiries can be intrusive. The dining experience is average with limited options, and the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, a good value for a stay in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and reasonably sized, but unfortunately, they were not available until an hour after check-in. Although the price was budget-friendly, the room size was a bit small, but I can't complain considering the price.
The hotel had all the essential equipment I needed in the rooms, which were the perfect size for me. However, the bathrooms felt a bit small overall. The service seemed a bit substandard, with staff almost appearing irritated, but they did go out of their way to ensure our event was successful. The location was solid, not right in the heart but close to many great places, though it was a bit out of it and lacked the quietness within the hotel. The dining options were below expectations, with limited choices that did not meet our needs. Despite this, the hotel did offer valet parking and pet amenities.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfy, but the long waits and smell of Marajuana were off-putting. The service, although friendly and welcoming, lacked attentiveness. The location is excellent for exploring downtown and historical sites but might have noise issues. The dining experience was generally good, but some cleanliness issues with cutlery stood out. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
